Good morning super parents and little heroes!
This is me, Veronica Maggi and I am very looking forward to experiencing with you the magic world of Hocus&Lotus!
I am Italian but I consider myself citizen of the world! When I was 19, I decided to start my fantastic multicultural journey! I lived first in the United States, then in England, followed by 4 years in Switzerland and.. here I am now back to my home country, Italy, with a big marvellous luggage full of experiences!
My daughter Anastasia is the reason of my magic change and of the very best version of myself! Graduated in Tourism and Hospitality, with a Master in Event Planning and Design, I have dedicated my work career to these fields.
When I became mum I have discovered my extreme love for babies and kids and… I made of my passion my work!
Kids teach me every single day, how to look at the daily life with new eyes!
I was really eager to involve my daughter into my multicultural background. Everything started with a little daily routine that we have created for ourselves, to make the most of mummy-daughter time together, while reading books, singing cute English songs together and making up fantasy stories together! The more time we were investing into our routine and the more I could see in Anastasia the reflection of my enthusiasm and curiosity for a foreigner language and culture! This is how I realised how our kids are really super heroes and the mirrors of our emotions! From our daily routine, Anastasia magically started using the English vocabulary also during her everyday life: during her swimming course “mummy look, I jump into water!”, with her very kids voice.. to her playground time, eating time and so on!
This is the reason why I am here!
I see in Hocus&Lotus a magic connection between Teacher and kids and in particular between parents and children!
